I purchased two of these, both coffee makers arrived without an instruction manual, not that you really need one. The outside of the box says have coffee in a few minutes, I guess it depends who defines a few minutes. Both makers took 20 minutes to heat just one cup of water. To make a pot, that would be 100 minutes. I am returning as I am definitely disappointed.
