This is some of the best French Roast coffee! I really enjoy, the taste, aroma and color. I highly recommend this coffee to anyone who wants a great cup of strong, dark, coffee.

Great coffee, great price.January 24, 2008 Marilyn Falcon(Southeastern Michigan, USA) This is an excellent, rich, dark roast coffee, without the bitterness of Starbucks (which also leaves a bitter taste in my wallet). I use mine in my french press, without any problems. The nice thing about this coffee is its versatility. If you are in the mood for a hearty cup of coffee, brew it straight up. It also blends well with other roasts, so it is great to combine it with your favorite light or medium roast coffee, for something with a little more punch. I would definitely recommend storing this in the refrigerator or even the freezer if you are not going to be using it rapidly (or even suggest giving a bag away as a gift, as I have done, and your friends will thank you). This is a high quality coffee without the high price. Enjoy!
As good as it getsSeptember 8, 2008 bgandl(Detroit) It amazes me how bad coffee can be. Starbuck's French Roast tastes exactly like I imagine kissing a three pack a day smoker must taste. This is the real deal. Bold, complex, but with a sweetness that requires great care in roasting a french roast coffee.
